Anika Noni Rose is an American actor and singer. She is best known for voicing Tiana Disney's first African-American princess as Tiana Disney's first African-American princess in The Princess and the Frog. Disney Legends featured her as one in 2011. Rose was an Oscar-winning actress who was Lorrell on the screen in Dreamgirls. Anika Noni Rose (born on September 6, 1973) is an American actress and a singer. Best known as the voice of Tiana in The Princess and the Frog as the first African American Disney Princess. Disney Legend was bestowed upon her in 2011. The actress is also famous for her starring role as Lorrell Robinson in the Oscar Award-winning film Dreamgirls (2006) and also for being the character LaVerne Jukebox Ganner in the Starz show Power. She is also known for her performance in the theatre, particularly for her starring roles as Emmie Thibodeaux, in The Broadway performance of Caroline or Change (2004) where she received the Tony Award for Best Featured actress in a Musical. She also played Beneatha Younger in The Broadway adaptation of A Raisin in the Sun (2014) where she was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Play.

Pivarnick was an American reality TV star was recognized on the scene after she was a part of the an award-winning M.T.V. In 2010, she appeared in a couple of episodes from seasons 1 and 2.
